Graphic Tribe is Dali Rău’s tattoo studio, located in Tokyo, Japan.
Specialized in black and gray, fine-line, realistic designs, prolific in tattooing styles such as portraits, biomechanics, lifelike floræ and faunæ, compositions, dragons and kitsch art, but also having a vast experience in tribal and lettering tattoos.
All tattoos are based on unique, original, custom designs, drawn from scratch for each and every client. Flash catalogs are never ever used or —to put it simply— we don’t need no stinkin’ flash!
Starting with detailed information about the studio system, contact details and an extensive FAQ section, and ending with a photo gallery containing approximately one thousand tattoo pictures grouped in several collections, this website aims to provide all the information you need for a thorough research and decision regarding your first/next tattoo(s), as well as an enjoyable visit for those of you “just looking”.
The news column contains excerpts from the most important announcements, schedule– and update–related articles published on the blog, which can also be accessed via the RSS or Atom feeds.

Back to Tokyo a couple of days ago, back to the studio yesterday, back to the computer this morning. Just a quick “I’m back” for now; the rest of the stories and photos coming up in a couple of days…
Last day in Tokyo. Will be closing the studio in a few hours, get some sleep and then go get myself treated like I could endanger a flight with a PET bottle of Coke, get seated in a cheap-ass narrow seat and fed bad food… Id est, I’m flying to Europe :D
Starting Monday, the 28th of September, I’ll be closing the studio and take a short trip to Europe — a week in București, a couple of days in Paris and the rest in London. I’ll be back on the 21st of October and resume work on the 23rd…
IAQ, the “Infrequently Asked Questions” and the infrequent answers given to them. Questions frequent enough to deserve extra-attention, but seldom enough to be kept out of the more conventional FAQ section of this website. Some of them do have something to do with tattooing, most of them don’t but, hopefully, answering to some of them will prove to be more useful than just entertaining :)
The first chapter of the series gives a little insight on how my personal views —about religion, as the example given in the article— affect my work. A must read for first time visitors who are thinking about getting a tattoo with a religious theme…
